Why do so many of the YahooAnswer users hate southerns?
I'm American by birth, Southern by the grace of God! I'm proud to be from the South. Just like ya'll problably proud of whereever you came from or reside in.
I can agree what my great grand daddy has done in the past to be questionable. That ain't me though. Is that where all the hate fueled anger coming from? I don't dwell in the past. Why is everyone else? I like my laid back life. I like the outdoors, I like hunting. Yes I like Nascar, and i'm a Southern Baptist. I'm a God person. I love one another. We all should stop that bickering.
It's not that we hate southerns.. it's just cute how you use phrases like "y'all" and my "grand daddy".. it makes you easier targets for jokes and stuff. But its all in fun, Southern people are some of the kindest hearted I know. Treasure your uniqueness and don't listen to all the crap ignorant ppl say
