It sounds similar to Futurama but you have some things mixed up if that's what you mean.

Bender is a robot but he's not gay, he drinks beer.
Fry is a human from the past, currently in the future.
Zapp is a space pilot as well, who dated Leela and wears a skirt.
His assistant is a green alien with two eyes.
